Johanna makes an excellent personal trainer. She is friendly, relaxed – but focused. She has helped me immeasurably in getting back into shape after baby number 2.
In fact I am fitter and slimmer than before baby number 1.
She is also flexible if on occasion the baby or my toddler needs to sit in on a session! Overall, a real joy to work with, and not like the stereotypes of personal trainers you see on TV!
